Director of Systems Integrations

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5+ integration professionals including architects and developers across onshore and offshore resources
• Own the stability and reliability of all integration pipelines across e-commerce, ERP, and enterprise applications
• Establish and maintain SLAs with business partners across Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Operations
• Manage the integration project portfolio from intake through delivery
• Own accountability for integration-related spend including platform licensing and contractor costs
• Lead integration workstreams for the SAP S/4HANA migration
• Develop the strategic roadmap for platform evolution

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise integration
• 3+ years in a management role leading integration teams
• Proven experience managing distributed teams including offshore resources
• Deep understanding of integration architecture patterns, API design, and middleware platforms
• Hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms (MuleSoft strongly preferred)
• Understanding of ERP integration patterns (SAP and/or NetSuite)
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Amazon
• Strong executive communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer packaged goods, retail, or beauty industry
• SAP S/4HANA or SAP BTP experience
• EDI/B2B integration experience with trading partners
• Experience leading teams through major platform migrations
