Director of Systematic COO Office

Responsibilities

• Foster collaborative communication across Investment and Non-Investment teams, including accounting, compliance, operations, and technology.
• Design and lead the onboarding process for new Portfolio Managers (PMs) and Analysts.
• Maintain and communicate PM budgets and manage data across investment teams, including personnel and expenses.
• Promote a unified, seamless approach for all PMs on the platform.
• Contribute to the design, management, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects across risk, valuation systems, and execution platforms.
• Prioritize workstreams across various PM teams to optimize platform performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within financial services.
• Proven expertise in Project Management of large, multi-departmental or stakeholder initiatives.
• Familiarity with interacting with investment personnel and maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Strong understanding of systematic investing (e.g., StatArb, HFT, Index strategies).
• Knowledge of electronic trading, global market structure, and front-office trading technology.
• Understanding of software development and software architecture.
• Experience with Equities, Futures, and the multi-manager hedge fund environment.
• Highly organized with strong strategic thinking and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous team leadership experience.
