Director of Success

Responsibilities

• Own the post-onboarding stage for mid-market enterprise and strategic accounts
• Manage and mentor three specialized customer success teams
• Drive long-term retention, gross retention, and product adoption
• Guide large-scale product implementation from C-suite to frontline employees
• Monitor and report on KPIs including retention and adoption rates
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
• Optimize customer success processes for scalability and efficiency
• Act as a customer advocate and trusted advisor to key stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years managing Customer Success teams, preferably in SaaS
• Extensive experience in enterprise-level product implementation
• Proven track record of managing large, complex customer relationships
• Experience managing managers and leading through leadership layers
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Strategic mindset with problem-solving skills at scale
• Ability to engage directly with C-suite and end-users
