Director of Student Leadership and Formation

Responsibilities

• Lead the LiFE (Leadership and Student Formation) team, including instructors, professors, and support staff, to enhance student leadership and wellbeing.
• Ensure all campus LiFE activities comply with institutional guidelines, principles, values, and regulations.
• Develop inclusive student communities based on diversity and interculturality.
• Manage an ecosystem of integral wellbeing to promote healthy lifestyles and student success.
• Oversee LiFE programs including Athletics, RecSports, Arts and Culture, Student Groups, and Student Wellbeing.
• Lead the recruitment and retention of talented students in athletic, artistic, and leadership disciplines in collaboration with Admissions.
• Manage campus LiFE program offerings in accordance with national goals and guidelines.
• Oversee the recruitment, development, and recognition of LiFE instructors.
• Manage institutional resources efficiently and contribute to securing sponsorships for student projects.
• Handle student conflicts and safeguard rights through the correct application of the General Student Regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in student formation and student life.
• Experience working within high school or higher education institutions.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with academic leaders and university directors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Human Development, or Leadership.
