Director of Strategy

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Strategy Management Office (SMO), including governance, OKR structures, and KPI reporting
• Coordinate quarterly business reviews and strategic planning cycles to ensure accountability across departments
• Support the development and execution of corporate strategy and international market expansion frameworks
• Partner with the investments team to evaluate acquisitions, partnerships, and venture opportunities
• Prepare board materials, strategic presentations, and investor-facing narratives for executive leadership
• Lead and develop members of the strategy team to foster a high-performance culture

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in strategy, corporate development, or transformation
• Proven experience building or leading a Strategy Management Office or similar execution function
• Background in high-growth, scale-up, PE-backed, or VC-backed environments
• Exposure to M&A, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
• Experience presenting strategic analysis to senior executives and boards
• Fluency in both Arabic and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in live events, entertainment, sports, marketplaces, or consumer technology
• Familiarity with the Saudi and broader MENA business landscape
• Experience managing international expansion across multiple markets
