SafeLease is a profitable insurance business that designs, underwrites, and distributes specialty coverage for commercial property owners and their tenants. We back our policies with our own capital, controlling the full stack from product design to technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive high-impact, cross-functional projects to ensure alignment with company strategy
• Collaborate with Product, GTM, and Support teams to implement scalable operational solutions
• Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives
• Lead the creation of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and manage stakeholder relationships
• Mentor and guide junior team members in project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in management consulting
• Exceptional project management skills with experience in large-scale initiatives
• Strong analytical skills using Excel, SQL, or Tableau
• Proven ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders
• Experience working with Product, GTM, or Support teams in high-growth environments
• Ability to drive results in ambiguous, fast-paced settings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in tech or startup environments
• Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Monday.com
• Deep understanding of GTM strategies or product development processes
• Experience in the self-storage or insurance industry
