Director of Strategic Portfolio Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead global marketing efforts for IT Systems, Infrastructure Solutions, and Services business units, including product positioning and technology messaging.
• Develop comprehensive product launch and program plans for end-to-end systems, converged infrastructure, and services.
• Act as a subject matter expert for marketing content, driving depth of knowledge through external communications and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with brand, digital, and demand generation teams to deliver on global marketing objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to shape long-term positioning strategies.
• Lead and develop a team of product marketing professionals to ensure world-class execution and alignment.
• Present portfolio marketing initiatives and performance outcomes to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in product marketing, engineering, or product management.
• 5+ years of experience in a people leadership role within a B2B environment.
• Deep expertise in Data Center, IT, Digital Infrastructure, or related ecosystems.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate complex and broad product portfolios.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional partners.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and teams across different geographies.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to communicate findings to diverse audiences.
