Director of Strategic & Operational Finance

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO on finance strategy development and evaluation of new service delivery models
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support new business ventures and operational efficiency
• Work with the FP&A team to develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts
• Lead capital-raising processes to fund the development of new schools
• Oversee and manage the execution of high-priority financial and operational initiatives
• Streamline operational processes within the finance department and across functions
• Prepare and synthesize information for meetings and Board of Directors presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in finance, investment banking, strategy, or consulting
• At least 3 years in a leadership capacity
• Expertise in financial modeling and data analysis
• Strong project management skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
