Responsibilities

• Establish and refine a robust capital allocation framework for the expanding U.S. portfolio
• Review annual and long-term business plans of subsidiaries to ensure alignment with corporate strategy
• Serve as the business lead for automating the capital allocation lifecycle by designing financial logic for IT implementation
• Define metrics and frameworks to monitor capital efficiency, sunken costs, and realized IRRs
• Institutionalize a strict Phase-Gate system to filter out unviable projects early
• Lead change management efforts to bridge corporate strategic directions with local operational teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, Portfolio Management, PE/IB, or Corporate Strategy
• Deep understanding of the U.S. power market, renewable energy (Solar, BESS), and PPA structures
• Advanced financial modeling skills (P-IRR, E-IRR)
• Proven track record of partnering with IT or Data teams to automate financial business requirements
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
