About the role
Responsibilities
- Build the Demand Truth Model by creating integrated models linking customer segments, channels, and P&L
- Move ROI from attribution to incrementality by defining marginal ROI frameworks and setting testing standards
- Own customer and unit economics by standardizing cohort-level LTV and CAC across various dimensions
- Build contribution margin views to drive investment decisions and classify the portfolio into Invest, Maintain, or Exit
- Run the demand-side operating cadence by leading the financial narrative in weekly and monthly business reviews
Requirements
- Senior experience in Strategic Finance, Growth Finance, or Marketing Finance
- Background in marketplace, ecommerce, or high-volume B2C environments
- Hands-on exposure to attribution and incrementality testing
- Strong data fluency and experience partnering with BI and Data Science teams
- Proven ability to influence executive-level decisions and improve contribution margin through capital allocation
