Director of Strategic Finance & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead the company-wide annual budgeting process, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow models
• Develop and manage monthly forecasting processes to provide accurate financial outlooks
• Analyze monthly financial results versus budget and prepare executive-level reporting packages
• Build financial models to support new site openings, physician onboarding, and M&A activity
• Partner with operations and clinical leadership to develop KPIs and drive profitability
• Oversee the development and optimization of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and reporting systems
• Manage and mentor a team of FP&A and BI analysts
• Support debt covenant compliance and financial reporting to equity sponsors
• Lead ad-hoc financial analysis for business opportunities and capital investments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience
• Experience in a multi-site healthcare services organization or private equity-backed company
• Prior experience managing and developing finance or FP&A team members
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement models and physician practice economics
• Advanced financial modeling skills and expertise in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Adaptive Insights) and ERP systems (Sage)
• Experience with data warehouse design, maintenance, and governance
