Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with enterprise healthcare buyers
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving clinical, technical, legal, and executive teams
- Build and maintain relationships with decision makers across health plans and digital health partners
- Prepare reporting and insights regarding pipeline, deal progress, and account performance
- Support onboarding, expansion opportunities, and ongoing relationship management
- Gather customer and market needs to inform the product roadmap
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience
- 2+ years in analytical professional services (consulting, banking, or PE)
- 2+ years in business development and account management
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or health tech preferred
- Expertise in both pre-sales and post-sales processes
- Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder ecosystems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
