Director of Spa

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Spa, Fitness, and Recreation departments to ensure alignment with 4-5 star luxury standards.
• Drive financial profitability through P&L management, budget monitoring, and cost control.
• Design bespoke wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle programs for high-profile clients.
• Oversee daily operations, including custom lifestyle consultations and personalized treatment programs.
• Develop and execute multi-level marketing strategies to elevate brand image and revenue.
• Manage facility maintenance, safety compliance, and meticulous inventory control.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of therapists and managers.

Requirements

• Currently based and residing in Bali, Indonesia.
• Fully willing and legally able to relocate to Islamabad, Pakistan.
• 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hotel spa or wellness management.
• Proven expertise in P&L management, strategic marketing, and corporate budgeting.
• Deep knowledge of holistic treatments, nutrition, and fitness frameworks.
• Fluent, professional-level English (written and verbal).
• Valid passport with at least 12 months of remaining validity.
