Director of Sourcing

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy and vendor relationships globally for Luggage and Travel categories
• Lead vendor onboarding, quality reviews, and commercial negotiations to improve PCOGS and margins
• Drive operational rigor across the global supply base including lead times and production SLAs
• Identify and onboard new vendor partners with scalable capacity and competitive cost structures
• Visit vendor partners regularly to build relationships and conduct quality reviews
• Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Planning, and Operations
• Ensure ethical sourcing and compliance standards are upheld

Requirements

• 15+ years of Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Management experience
• Deep connections with global partner factories within the category
• Experience leveraging vendor expertise to design and cost engineer products
• Knowledge of key components and materials localized near factories
• Supply chain background with manufacturing (lean/JIT) experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
