About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Spend & Expense Management software suite
  • Identify key target verticals and develop plans to acquire new enterprise customers
  • Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
  • Meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets and KPIs
  • Establish sales best practices, including refining value propositions and creating sales tools
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and senior-level decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal teams to provide market feedback for the product roadmap

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Proven track record of selling complex technology or SaaS products to enterprise accounts
  • Deep understanding of the fintech, payments, or spend management software space
  • Experience penetrating new enterprise verticals and managing high-level stakeholder relationships
  • Strategic thinker with a "founder-like" energy and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • History of exceeding new business revenue targets

  • Superior communication, negotiation, and solution-selling skills
  • Ability to present effectively to multiple stakeholders both in-person and remotely
  • Intellectually honest and obsessively curious approach to problem-solving
