Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams including frontend, backend, mobile, and DevOps
• Drive transition from monolithic systems to microservices architecture
• Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact projects and ensure release governance
• Ensure systems meet high-performance benchmarks and lead cost optimization initiatives
• Enforce secure coding practices and compliance with SOC2 and PCI standards
• Hire, develop, and retain top engineering talent while defining career paths

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience managing 50+ engineers across multiple teams
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, Microservices, and API architecture
• Experience with ReactJS, Mobile platforms, and modern frontend architecture
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Azure
• Proficiency with SQL Server, NoSQL (MongoDB), and caching (Redis)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and release management frameworks
