Responsibilities

• Establish a scalable, secure infrastructure platform on Azure supporting health and member data
• Enable significantly faster product deployment cycles through platform improvements
• Increase system reliability and reduce operational incidents affecting clinics
• Build and scale a high-performance platform engineering team of 10-15 engineers
• Define long-term platform strategy in close partnership with Product and Data

Requirements

• Proven experience building and scaling large-scale infrastructure systems
• Experience building infrastructure as a platform (PaaS mindset) or SRE-level systems
• Strong hands-on engineering background with ability to code and design systems
• Experience scaling infrastructure across regions
• Experience using AI tooling platforms such as Claude Code
• Experience leading managers and scaling to multi-team structures

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep experience with Microsoft stack including Azure, Cosmos DB, and Docker
• Experience supporting data platform infrastructure
• Experience in highly regulated or mission-critical environments
• Exposure to AI platform development
