Responsibilities
- Own Suno’s organic social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Threads, and emerging platforms
- Develop and lead the social team, including community managers, in-house creators, and editors
- Define Suno’s social voice and creative point of view to ensure cultural relevance
- Lead in-house content production from concept to edit, partnering with Brand and Creative teams
- Identify trends and memes to enable rapid, reactive content shipping
- Build a creator and community ecosystem through authentic partnerships and UGC programs
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Comms, and Artist Relations
- Own social KPIs, performance reporting, and data-driven strategy optimization
- Establish social operations, including content calendars and crisis response protocols
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of social media experience leading consumer brands or entertainment companies
- Proven track record of building and leading social teams
- Deep fluency across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Threads
- Strong creative chops in video, editing, copy, and design
- Demonstrated success in driving organic audience growth and engagement
- Ability to balance brand consistency with social spontaneity
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency with social analytics and performance reporting
- Deep passion for music and internet culture
- Ability to work in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment
