Responsibilities
- Develop and execute platform-specific growth strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Personally create, edit, and publish high-quality social-first content including short-form video and photography
- Monitor emerging social trends, cultural moments, and platform updates to ensure brand relevance
- Establish and track KPIs related to engagement, audience growth, memberships, and revenue influence
- Build systems for collecting and curating content from venues nationwide
- Attend major company events, venue openings, and tournaments to capture brand moments
Requirements
- 5+ years of social media, digital marketing, or content leadership experience
- 3+ years leading social strategy and audience growth for a consumer-facing brand
- Proven track record of growing highly engaged social communities
- Strong content production and video editing skills
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms and audience behavior
- Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
- Ability to support key events during evenings and weekends when necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry
- Experience building repeatable content engines for multi-location brands
