Director of Sexual Health Clinics Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities of all Sexual Health Clinics to ensure optimal performance
• Design and execute operational studies to evaluate and improve public health service delivery
• Analyze clinic data to identify trends in care, patient demographics, and intervention efficacy
• Manage staffing profiles, including hiring, onboarding, and transferring administrative and non-clinical personnel
• Ensure strict compliance with NYS Article 28 and other local, state, and federal regulations
• Collaborate with IT, Medical Directors, and Finance teams to streamline electronic medical record (EMR) workflows
• Govern Article 6 medical billing compliance activities and resolve financial discrepancies
• Lead strategic alignment of sexual health clinic policy with municipal and federal public health initiatives

Requirements

• Master's degree in physical, biological, environmental science, or public health
• Experience in a responsible supervisory, administrative, or research capacity
• Ability to manage complex operational issues and cross-functional staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Article 28 and Article 6 regulations
