Director of Service Talent and Resource Strategy

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data-driven capacity models to forecast staffing needs based on revenue and pipeline
• Monitor team bandwidth to ensure equitable workload distribution across the service team
• Staff new clients onto existing teams and reassign existing clients as needed
• Develop tracking mechanisms to match team members to client accounts based on expertise and fit
• Partner with the People Team to set technical benchmarks and career pathway milestones
• Monitor utilization rates and cost-to-serve metrics to ensure margin targets are met
• Supervise and coach client-facing Directors to improve delegation and performance management
• Identify high-potential talent and architect succession plans to mitigate key-person risk
• Act as a strategic feedback loop between frontline leadership and the C-Suite

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in workforce planning and talent strategy
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing director-level leaders
• Strong capacity modeling and data-driven workforce forecasting ability
• Expertise in workload balancing and resource allocation
• Experience with cost-to-serve analysis and operational profitability metrics
• Exceptional coaching and leadership development capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in financial services or fund administration
