About the role
Responsibilities
- Set the long-term vision for the Service department
- Coach, develop, and hold experienced leaders accountable
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities
- Build dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to support decision-making
- Standardize processes to improve consistency, quality, and profitability
- Build scalable systems to support future organizational growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in service, operations, field service, or logistics
- Proven experience leading other leaders and developing high-performing teams
- Experience using operational data and KPIs to drive business decisions
- Demonstrated success in improving systems and organizational performance
- Strong business acumen and ability to balance people, processes, and profitability
- Intermediate Excel skills (Power BI experience is a plus)
