Responsibilities

• Own the global SEM strategy across Google Search, PMax, and emerging AI-powered ad formats
• Define the vision for channel growth, including keyword coverage, bidding sophistication, and budget efficiency
• Drive channel KPIs and maintain or improve ROI
• Lead LTV-based bidding strategies in partnership with Data Science teams
• Build and lead a team of SEM specialists, setting direction and accountability
• Define and embed an AI vision for the SEM team to increase productivity and design agentic systems for campaign management
• Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Growth, and Data Science teams to build scalable infrastructure

Requirements

• Director-level experience in SEM or Performance Marketing with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
• Deep expertise in Google Search, Smart Bidding, and PMax at scale
• Experience designing or overseeing SEM automation and performance systems
• Proven track record in high-growth e-commerce or consumer tech environments
• Experience collaborating with data science or engineering teams on LTV bidding or automation pipelines
• Experience operating in multi-language and multi-market environments
• Strategic mindset with the ability to connect long-term vision to execution
