About the role

Responsibilities

  • Take full P&L ownership, including budget compliance, billing, and contract profitability
  • Drive client retention and serve as the executive-level relationship owner for key accounts
  • Lead and develop a team of direct reports across multiple sites, ensuring high performance and accountability
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and overtime management for round-the-clock operations
  • Implement and enforce SOPs, quality control processes, and performance standards
  • Manage client transition planning and operational mobilization for new and ending accounts
  • Support business development by contributing to bid presentations and new account proposals
  • Report on operational performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Proven track record leading a large, multi-site security operation with direct P&L responsibility
  • Strong client relationship management experience with demonstrated retention outcomes
  • Executive-level leadership experience building accountable, high-performing teams
  • Experience maintaining operational standards across multiple locations or regions
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including oversight of budgets and labor productivity
  • Working knowledge of security industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Background with a regional or national security services provider

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Law Enforcement, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years managing teams of 50 or more
  • Experience leading a division through significant growth or organizational change

Benefits

  • Base salary: $100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience
  • Performance bonus: 15% based on individual and company performance
