Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the global SDR organization, defining the operating model and hiring top talent
  • Coach SDR Team Leads to embed a culture of cold calling excellence and continuous development
  • Own and evolve global SDR strategy across inbound and outbound motions for mid-market and enterprise segments
  • Partner with RevOps to implement systems, tooling, and automation to drive prospecting efficiency
  • Take full accountability for SDR pipeline contribution targets, including SQL volume and pipeline revenue
  • Build a data-driven culture using leading and lagging indicators to forecast and optimize performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align on target account strategies

Requirements

  • Proven experience owning and scaling a Sales Development function in high-growth B2B SaaS
  • Expertise in outbound strategy, including segmentation, scoring, and multi-channel outreach
  • Deep understanding of sales enablement, coaching, and performance management
  • Familiarity with advanced sales tech stacks such as Outreach, Sales Navigator, and parallel dialers
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and capacity planning
  • Ability to build high-performing teams in a fast-paced, international setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience targeting mid-market and enterprise segments
  • Proficiency with AI-powered prospecting tools and automation
