Director of School Operations & Enrollment

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operations of an established early childhood education center
• Build, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a positive workplace culture
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and retain exceptional educators and support staff
• Develop strategies to reduce employee turnover and improve long-term staff retention
• Ensure the school consistently delivers an outstanding experience for students and families
• Maintain compliance with all licensing, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee daily staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and operational efficiency
• Monitor enrollment performance and partner with leadership on growth initiatives

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience overseeing operations and teams
• Experience managing hiring, employee development, and performance management
• Demonstrated ability to build strong workplace cultures
• Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in childcare, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or education is highly preferred
