About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and management of detailed, resource-loaded schedules for multiple data center construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and engineers to develop comprehensive project schedules and critical paths
- Establish baseline schedules and track project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor and analyze schedule performance, proactively identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions
- Lead, mentor, and oversee the professional growth of a team of schedulers
- Establish best practices and standardized processes for scheduling across all projects
- Drive business growth and innovation in project planning and scheduling strategies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all scheduling-related matters with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- 12+ years of relevant scheduling experience
- 2+ years of experience managing high-performing scheduling or project controls teams in a consulting environment
- Expertise in project management and scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Proven track record of managing schedules for large-scale construction projects and programs
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project lifecycles, and industry standards
- Exceptional business development acumen and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree in construction management, engineering, or quantity surveying
- PMP, CCM, or other relevant professional certifications
