About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and management of detailed, resource-loaded schedules for multiple data center construction projects
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and engineers to develop comprehensive project schedules and critical paths
  • Establish baseline schedules and track project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor and analyze schedule performance, proactively identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions
  • Lead, mentor, and oversee the professional growth of a team of schedulers
  • Establish best practices and standardized processes for scheduling across all projects
  • Drive business growth and innovation in project planning and scheduling strategies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all scheduling-related matters with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
  • 12+ years of relevant scheduling experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing high-performing scheduling or project controls teams in a consulting environment
  • Expertise in project management and scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
  • Proven track record of managing schedules for large-scale construction projects and programs
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, project lifecycles, and industry standards
  • Exceptional business development acumen and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in construction management, engineering, or quantity surveying
  • PMP, CCM, or other relevant professional certifications
