Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of 4-6 mid-market Account Executives
- Own the lifecycle for recruiting, hiring, and developing the sales team
- Instill and reinforce a MEDDIC-based selling framework across all AEs
- Own forecast accuracy and pipeline health across the mid-market segment
- Engage as an executive sponsor on strategic deals
- Define and continuously sharpen the Ideal Customer Profile for mid-market
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product to align platform development with customer needs
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- 5+ years in sales management roles
- Background selling SaaS software into the Life Sciences vertical (Biotech, Pharma, or CRO)
- Deep expertise in MEDDIC sales methodology
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and team-level success
- Strong ICP acumen and ability to operationalize customer profiles
