About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy for your book of business in partnership with sales and services leadership
- Serve as internal and external figurehead representing your book of business
- Own senior-level contacts and drive forward enterprise-level partnerships
- Serve as front-line manager providing coaching for ride-alongs and thought-leadership with customers
- Drive account-based strategy to grow key client partnerships and cross-sell new products
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and develop quarterly forecasts for the region
- Utilize a data-driven approach to report out on sales metrics and performance
- Be held accountable for new product GTM execution and provide voice of the customer feedback
- Travel for in-market customer visits (up to 50%)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, Business, or Marketing
- Minimum 8 years of ad tech/media sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of managing a high performing team and exceeding revenue goals
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of programmatic and the SSP landscape
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in 1p data, CTV, and ecommerce
