About the role
About the Company
In partnership with Sony and SBI, Startale is building the infrastructure to bring the world's assets on-chain through Strium, a next-generation DeFi L1, and the Startale App. The company is distributed across Tokyo, New York, and Singapore and operates in English.
Responsibilities
- Establish institutional sales strategy for Startale products in Japan
- Identify new business opportunities and execute commercial agreements with Japanese financial institutions
- Formulate strategic partnerships for the adoption and expansion of product suites
- Build relationships with target clients to discover market demands
- Deliver the first commercial agreement for the Startale Onchain Finance Kit
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in traditional finance, management consulting, or enterprise B2B sales
- Proven ability to originate and close new business and manage long enterprise sales cycles
- Experience selling complex technology or infrastructure solutions to large enterprises
- Native Japanese fluency and conversational English
- Strong network with top financial institutions in Japan
- Genuine interest in blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies
- Ability to work in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
