About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide Account Executives through complex, high-stakes enterprise sales cycles
- Personally intervene to close lighthouse deals within major industrial accounts
- Lead, mentor, and scale a pod of Account Executives, fostering accountability and excellence
- Recruit, hire, and train high-performing talent as the segment scales
- Develop and refine sales processes, methodologies, and playbooks for assigned segments
- Partner with Marketing and Product to align messaging and roadmap with customer needs
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding for multi-site deployments
Requirements
- 7+ years of successful enterprise sales experience
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or senior mentorship capacity
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and Plant Managers
- Hunter mentality with a drive to win new logos in greenfield segments
- Technical aptitude to articulate platform integration in manufacturing environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling SaaS or IoT into industrial sectors such as Auto, Steel, Food & Beverage, or Logistics
