Responsibilities
- Own the pipeline by building and managing opportunities from prospecting through close
- Drive new logo growth and manage RFP processes to meet ARR targets
- Lead strategic partnerships with health system executives and IDN leadership
- Stay current on health system trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory shifts
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments including CEOs, CFOs, and CIOs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Maintain accurate forecasting and performance reporting in HubSpot
Requirements
- 6–10 years of progressive business development or enterprise sales experience
- At least 3 years selling into or partnering with health systems, IDNs, or large provider organizations
- Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals in the $500K–$2M+ ACV range
- Deep understanding of Epic, Cerner, value-based care models, and care coordination workflows
- Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles and procurement processes
- Data-driven mindset with command of CRM and pipeline forecasting
- Bachelor's degree required
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in healthcare administration, public health, or business
- Experience with value-based care models and population health platforms
- Background in health IT implementation or clinical informatics
- Prior startup (Seed–Series B) experience
- Familiarity with CMS quality programs like HEDIS, Stars, or MIPS
- Existing network of health system executives or health IT decision-makers
