Director of Sales

Responsibilities

• Own team quota attainment against monthly and quarterly targets
• Build the operating rhythm for forecasting, pipeline inspection, and deal review
• Coach reps through live calls, call reviews, and structured 1:1s to improve discovery and negotiation skills
• Lead hiring and onboarding to build a repeatable path from new hire to quota-attaining seller
• Travel monthly into new markets to support partnership acquisition and close strategic deals
• Partner with RevOps to ensure CRM hygiene, accurate reporting, and scalable sales processes

Requirements

• Proven track record leading and scaling sales teams in high-growth startups
• Experience managing 10+ quota-carrying sellers
• Exceptional coaching ability across live calls, objection handling, and deal strategy
• Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline
• Experience selling into marketplaces, the creator economy, live events, or ticketing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling a sales team from 0 to 10+ reps
• Experience in marketplace B2B sales
• A background in building or scaling communities, professionally or as a passion project
