About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Learning & Performance team to deliver a cohesive, high-impact commercial learning curriculum.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success senior leaders to define strategy and align with commercial objectives.
  • Design structured learning journeys for new hires and experienced teams, including assessment and certification frameworks.
  • Embed sales methodologies, such as the Challenger approach, to accelerate skill development and behavior change.
  • Use data and insights to link learning initiatives to commercial outcomes and provide impact reporting to stakeholders.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships across Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, and HR.

Requirements

  • Experience leading commercial, sales, or revenue enablement learning in a complex, global organization.
  • Strong curriculum design capability integrating product knowledge, sales methodology, and coaching.
  • Experience designing and managing assessment and certification programs.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner effectively with senior stakeholders in a matrix organization.
  • Experience owning and optimizing modern learning technology and enablement ecosystems.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into measurable business outcomes.
