Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing sales team and drive execution across a dynamic market landscape
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with distributors and key customers
- Manage staff to maximize sale and distribution of all company products in the assigned region
- Develop and ensure execution of national and regional account strategies to achieve sales and profit objectives
- Monitor market and retailer activity to develop cost-effective strategies for volume and profitability
- Conduct business performance reviews with distributors and bottlers
- Partner with the marketing department to develop and execute sales tools and programs
- Assist in the development and ownership of the Annual Business Plan
- Set, communicate, and manage performance expectations and provide staff development opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the beverage industry or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
- 5+ years of experience in people management and team collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including formulas, templates, and formatting
- Knowledge of effective sales techniques and training strategies
- Understanding of sales metrics and data-informed decision making
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field preferred
