Responsibilities

  • Own revenue and performance for all SMB and MM deals across the US
  • Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of SMB and MM AEs and SDRs
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top sales and SDR talent
  • Drive sales-led pipeline generation strategies focusing on SDR effectiveness and AE productivity
  • Analyze performance by segment and region to design and implement process improvements
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure clear forecasting and alignment on growth priorities

Requirements

  • 7+ years in sales across SDR and AE roles
  • At least 2 years as a frontline sales leader
  • Consistent track record of exceeding new-business quotas in SMB or Mid-market segments
  • Experience building and scaling sales teams through recruiting and onboarding
  • Deep understanding of sales-led pipeline generation and outbound strategies
  • Strong operational rigor in territory planning, forecasting, and process improvement
  • High ownership mindset and data-driven approach
