Director of Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day sales activities to build long-term, value-based customer relationships
• Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the management team
• Achieve personal booking goals, including business transient and extended stay targets
• Monitor transient selling rates and partner with revenue management for strategic decision-making
• Execute operational aspects of business bookings, such as generating proposals and writing contracts
• Analyze market information to implement strategies that achieve property financial goals
• Ensure exceptional customer service and lead by example in guest hospitality
• Develop and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Proven lead-generation and closing skills
• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
