Director of Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic commercial plans to drive revenue across all segments
• Manage and lead the sales and marketing team, including recruitment, induction, and ongoing development
• Foster strong working relationships with Ennismore regional leads and the Accor global sales team
• Provide local market intelligence to maintain a competitive edge in the Bengaluru market
• Collaborate with hotel operations, revenue, digital, and PR teams to ensure cohesive brand delivery
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and lead rate negotiations to maximize market share

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the hospitality industry
• Minimum of 3+ years in a similar leadership role
• Proven expertise in strategic commercial planning and team management
• Strong background in account management and rate negotiation
• Analytical and methodical thinking with high attention to detail
• Ability to introduce structured processes within a fast-paced, flexible environment
