Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all sales initiatives for a portfolio of selected hotels
• Coach, mentor, and motivate a team of Account Managers
• Maximize revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing activities
• Identify and drive new business opportunities to expand market presence
• Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in hotel sales
• Strong track record of driving performance
• Commercially astute and highly organized
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• University degree preferred
