About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall commercial strategy to maximize total hotel revenue and long-term asset value.
  • Develop and execute annual sales and marketing strategies aligned with luxury brand standards and ownership objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment, development, and performance management of Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Reservations teams.
  • Drive strategic market segmentation and demand generation across key geographic markets and customer segments.
  • Manage the commercial strategy for branded residences and ultra-luxury accommodation offerings.
  • Partner with Global Sales and Corporate Commercial teams to strengthen market positioning.
  • Lead pricing, distribution, and revenue optimization strategies to maximize ADR and RevPAR.
  • Direct digital marketing initiatives, including CRM programs, performance marketing, and brand communications.
  • Foster collaboration between operational and commercial teams to ensure guest experiences align with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Hotel Management degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Hotel Sales & Marketing.
  • Proven experience working with luxury or ultra-luxury brands.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong working knowledge of CRS, GDS, PMS, and Sales & Catering systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret financial data and drive strategic decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in the Middle East.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong strategic relationships with high-level stakeholders.
