Director of Sales

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to achieve annual and long-term revenue objectives
• Own sales performance, forecasting, pipeline management, and overall revenue growth
• Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and strategic accounts
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and strategic partners
• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve performance goals
• Partner with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align sales initiatives
• Establish scalable sales processes and CRM best practices
• Contribute to the company's strategic planning and long-term growth initiatives

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in sales management
• Proven track record in revenue growth and pipeline management
• Experience in executive-level relationship management and contract negotiation
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams
• Strong strategic planning and operational leadership skills
