Director of Sales

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Account Executive and Account Manager representatives to execute revenue strategies and exceed KPIs and ARR targets
• Drive day-to-day activities through daily standups, sales statistics analysis, and pipeline reviews
• Conduct weekly pipeline reviews to discuss deal constructs and ensure accurate forecasting
• Tag into deals to assist sales teams in generating and closing revenue opportunities
• Collaborate with the Area Director to refine sales strategies and achieve operational excellence
• Conduct role play drills with potential candidates to build a world-class sales team
• Partner with People Operations to manage interviewing, career development, and performance management

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of Enterprise sales experience
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience in the assigned area
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education experience preferred
• Experience collaborating with Partner businesses and Channel sales teams preferred
• Familiarity with IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry concepts preferred
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office
• Experience with web browsers
