Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a new high-performing sales team focused on new client acquisition
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach a team of high-impact AEs (initial focus: 5–10 hires)
  • Design repeatable playbooks for new business acquisition in key industries like retail, finance, automotive, and AI
  • Implement rigorous pipeline management and forecasting using SFDC or HubSpot
  • Own and exceed quarterly new business targets including ARR and pipeline coverage
  • Collaborate with marketing on account-based strategies for enterprise clients
  • Represent impact.com at C-level industry engagements

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Sales Director in SaaS
  • Proven success scaling sales teams from 10–30+ AEs
  • Deep understanding of China market SaaS buying cycles, procurement, and compliance
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise deals
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, builder-oriented environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in retail, finance, or automotive verticals
  • Exposure to partnership technology or performance marketing
