Director of Sales

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct sales and profitability growth of Greenworks products at Walmart
• Establish and implement sales strategies for in-store and 1P/3P online channels
• Manage overall financial P&L and analyze business segments to achieve growth goals
• Forecast customer product needs monthly through demand/forecasting functions
• Maintain direct personal relationships with Walmart decision-makers and senior management
• Manage Walmart promotional and customer-specific advertising priorities
• Oversee account visits and coordinate with business principals to meet objectives
• Provide market feedback to Product Development Teams to ensure market alignment
• Manage internal direct reports including motivation and professional growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing (MBA preferred)
• 7 to 10 years of senior-level experience in the consumer durable products industry
• Proven successful track record and existing relationships with Walmart
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong ability to work with financial numbers and inventory forecasting
• Superior oral, written, and listening communication skills
