About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach Account Executives and Market Partners to meet quota and full-funnel metrics
  • Own forecast accuracy and pipeline quality through disciplined inspection
  • Develop sales playbooks, objection-handling frameworks, and onboarding programs
  • Partner with RevOps and Marketing to improve attribution and funnel efficiency
  • Represent Flowhub in the field at regional trade shows and through in-person dispensary visits
  • Recruit, interview, and hire high-performing sales talent

Requirements

  • B2B SaaS or payments sales background
  • At least 2 years of experience managing or leading a sales team
  • Proven track record of carrying and coaching a sales number
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales-engagement tools like Outreach
  • Data-driven approach to managing conversion, coverage, and cycle time
  • Ability to work on-site in Coconut Grove, Miami, five days a week

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in payments, POS, or merchant services
  • Experience building enablement or onboarding programs
  • Experience selling into retail, hospitality, or high-volume multi-location markets

Benefits

  • Base salary of $110,000 - $130,000 with OTE of $220,000 - $240,000
