About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-opening sales and marketing initiatives including market analysis and pricing strategy
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with local referral sources and community partners
  • Meet or exceed monthly community sales standards through face-to-face and digital engagement
  • Manage the community database, CRM processes, and sales collateral
  • Oversee the annual community sales and marketing plan and department budget

Requirements

  • Experience in senior living, including assisted living and memory care
  • Proven "blue-sky" sales experience in the Senior Living industry
  • Expertise in relationship selling and a demonstrated ability to close
