About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead pre-opening sales and marketing initiatives including market analysis and pricing strategy
- Establish and cultivate relationships with local referral sources and community partners
- Meet or exceed monthly community sales standards through face-to-face and digital engagement
- Manage the community database, CRM processes, and sales collateral
- Oversee the annual community sales and marketing plan and department budget
Requirements
- Experience in senior living, including assisted living and memory care
- Proven "blue-sky" sales experience in the Senior Living industry
- Expertise in relationship selling and a demonstrated ability to close
