Director of Sales

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly company and community sales standards
• Execute "sales zone" activities including client home visits and creative follow-up
• Respond to inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person and conduct community tours
• Maintain community database with accurate inquiry and referral information
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential referral sources through field visits
• Create and oversee the annual community sales and marketing plan
• Analyze ROI data and suggest strategic changes to respond to market conditions
• Track move-ins, move-outs, and referral activity quality
• Assist with move-in paperwork in compliance with company and state regulations
• Monitor and manage the department budget

Requirements

• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or memory care preferred
• Background in sales or leasing within healthcare or senior living industry
• Expertise in relationship selling and closing
• Experience in a customer service-oriented setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build trust and manage emotions in client situations
