About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly company and community sales standards
- Focus on sales zone activities including client home visits and purposeful follow-up
- Respond to inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person and conduct community tours
- Maintain the community database with accurate inquiry and referral information
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential referral sources through field visits
- Create and oversee the annual community sales and marketing plan
- Track move-ins, move-outs, and referral activity quality
- Assist with move-in paperwork to ensure compliance with company and state regulations
- Monitor and manage the department budget
Requirements
- Experience in senior living, assisted living, or memory care preferred
- Background in sales or leasing within healthcare or senior living industry helpful
- Expertise in relationship selling and ability to close
- Experience in a customer service-oriented setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build trust and manage emotions in client situations
