Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor sales managers to ensure success and professional growth
• Establish and enforce clear performance metrics and accountability frameworks
• Analyze key sales metrics to identify trends and optimize the sales process
• Oversee pipeline management to ensure accurate forecasting and consistent deal flow
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market share
• Champion a positive, results-oriented sales culture focused on collaboration and excellence
• Actively engage with managers and team members to ensure operational excellence

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role
• Experience scaling and leading outbound full-cycle new business teams
• Proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing sales managers
• Expertise in leveraging data to identify problems and implement solutions
• Proficiency in pipeline management and accurate forecasting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-velocity, transactional sales environments
• Ability to maintain a "head of sales at a startup" mentality
