About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive daily BD performance by setting pace and pushing the team past benchmarks
  • Track and analyze metrics including connects, completion, and conversion rates
  • Diagnose performance bottlenecks across lists, scripts, and rep delivery
  • Provide real-time coaching through live step-ins and call reviews
  • Own script development and the master objection-handling guide
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new Business Developers
  • Manage the end-to-end lead handoff process between BDs and bankers
  • Monitor list pipelines and runway to ensure consistent lead flow

Requirements

  • 4+ years in outbound sales/BD with 2+ years of direct team leadership
  • Proven experience personally cold-calling and carrying a quota
  • Experience managing a BD/SDR team of 3–10 reps
  • Proficiency in managing a BD tech stack
  • Ability to work onsite in New York City 5 days per week
  • Strong systems thinking and data hygiene skills
